We wasn’t allowed use of the facilities we paid for on the Saturday Eve. Couldn’t use the arcades nor could we go into the entertainment complex due to owners party being held there. Why have I paid to use these facilities when I can’t use them? They moved entertainment to the pub at the front which isn’t suitable for babies and I had my 18 month old baby with me. On the Sunday they had no entertainment on whatsoever. Probably as the resort was so empty.
