Very unprofessional and poor representation! Liars and underhanded. I will never understand how this firm is still open! Totally disappointed and fired them after wasting 7 months of my time and energy. Main complaint is that they don’t communicate, no return calls or emails till I made my threats and then I am told “sorry but I had a personal problem and have been out of the office and now I’m playing catch up with my messages and emails “!!! OR “sorry, but the attorney has been gone and should be back maybe next week “!! Wow, seriously…..so your entire function as a firm STOPS! I have DRs telling me that they are being denied payment scheduling because the insurance company told them THE CASE IS CLOSED and your LAW FIRM HAS NO CLUE??????. USELESS PEOPLE AND VERY POOR SERVICE ??????
