Opodo — Boarding pass non processing

Hi . I book a flight *** Opodo in 19 Octomber 22:20 Bucharest to London -Stanstead . Two trips -one – Vasile Daniel Paun , Carmen Paun and Mattias Cristian Paun . Second trip – Vasile Daniel Paun and Mihai Tuica . I want Opodo to refund the ticket that I have to buy in Airport as Mihai Tuica was not received the boarding pass to fly and I have to buy another ticket for 265€ . Opodo are responsible for this and have to refund me the money that I had to pay for the second token . If this case is to resolve I will process this to the Financial Ombudsman.
