NordicTrack — Where is my order?

I have had a terrible time with NordicTrack. Specifically their choice in shippers. My order has been in my area waiting to be delivered for a month! All attempts to contact the shipper were ignored. It got to the point where I didn’t think I’d even get the order. I seriously tried calling at least 10 times just for them to seriously not answer the phone. Then finally I got an email TELLING me when they were delivering instead of scheduling like I was told would happen. AND THEN, the day finally comes and they totally stand me up! I got an appointment time of 10-1 then it got pushed to 2-445. Finally at 6 I reached out to find out that the terminal was closed. Got no apology, nothing! Just was told they’d put a note in asking for an ETA. Clearly no respect for my time. If this is how NordicTrack wants to represent themselves, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.
