Mytrip.com — Refund order number L4EGRW

I have requested to cancel and refund my ticket last March 2021 due to Covid. I file the request and until now they are claiming that the Airline hasn’t refunded to them my ticket. Since it’s been taken too long I decided to inquire with Lufthansa if they are really haven’t refunded my ticket to MyTrip. I received an action and a copy of the invoice from Lufthansa that they have refunded the ticket and that I should get back to Mytrip for my refund. The invoice was sent to me in August and an email from September. I have forwarded everything to MYtrip so many times. Till now they are claiming its not with them. I’ve called the customer service number some of them even hung up and when I asked if they’re seeing my emails and invoice and confirmed From the airline they said it’s being handled by another department. What kind of company is this? They don’t want to give your money back. Does it take too long for them to check their records I have provided everything to them? I’ve chases the Airline, all they have to do is check on it. They should act on this. Check their records and give to the people their refunds. They don’t even get in touch with the people complaining to them.
