MSC Cruises — I have waited 2 different days on hold for a agent to come on the line for over 3 hrs. and no one picks up the phone

I need some attention on my account. I have a cruise booked for Oct 2, 2022, thru a CA agency at this point I am ready to cancel my reservation. I am an American and really dont know how I got a CA agent but I did, which I don’t mind but cant ever get an answer on their phone, I need help now.
