Morrisons — Breakfast meal

General cleanliness of eating area was very poor with in cleared tables and dirty floor in need of sweeping. Had to clean my own table. Twenty five minutes to deliver. When it arrived was told no butter available and hasn’t been for many weeks. when it arrived was not hot as it should have been. It seems to me that individual stores fail to provide a service at a very good price that was normal even up to just a few years ago. More staff (even for short term help) to keep a standard that I’m sure your company would wish to present. Keeping the food hot? Unsure, but if a small cafe can do it why can staff in a large in store Butter if not delivered in prepackaged units could be available from retail packs as temp measure. Kitchen keep up. I know this to be a problem across all major stores not jus Morrison’s. I have delivered food to Tesco, Morrison’s and Sainsbury and always found food to be better and faster from staff canteens than the public cafe. It’s A Sad thing that an added attraction to shop in particular stores has been let to decline in service.
