I have made payments on time,but I continue to get emails regarding late payments or over the limits notifications. My payments have been on time ,yet they are being reported to the credit bureau as nonpayment. I’ve had numerous conversations concerning this matter, but to no avail. I just recently as of January 28 2023, just talked to an representative (Sherika) about my Milestone Card,but just received an email stating that I was over the limit. The matter from my perspective, was remedied, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I want my credit report to reflect my payments.
