They broke items in my vehicle while detailing it and would not repair. I repaired and now they refuse to pay. On XX-X-XX I purchased 2 detail and clay bar to remove overspray from 2 vehicles. Ref # XXXXXXXX Appr Code XXXXXD and XXXXXXXX Appr Code XXXXXD. Amount of $250.99 and Tip of $40 for a total of 290.99 for the Silverado. Amount of $200.99 and Tip of $40 for a total of $240.99 for the Cadillac. The one for this complaint is a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500. Ref #XXXXXXXX. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that 2 of the console charger outlet caps were broken. I spoke to the Supervisor who in turn brought out the manger. The supervisor was instructed by the manager to get the truck information and my contact info so they could fix them. I had not heard from them in a week and a half, so I checked with the Chevrolet parts to determine the part and cost. I called the supervisor and gave him the costs. He said he would find out when to bring it in for repair. Another week goes by and no word from them. I made a trip to the Chevy dealer and purchased the parts, a Total of $8.66. I google the repair method and made the repair. As a free lance computer technician, I charge $75/ hr. Travel time and repair time was over 3 hours. I called the supervisor and advised him that I had made the repair and said I would only charge them for 2 hours. That $150 would cover it all including the cost of the parts and asked him to let me know when I could come by and pick up the money. It is now another week and no word from them. It is interesting that the supervisor was calling me to get the business, but now he doesn’t call to make restitution!
