I had put these iphones away – had no time to go in and try; as stated till that weekend mentioned.
I had absolutely NO IDEA I got sucked into buying passcode locked used iphones at all.
I really feel this is not right at all!

I took a look over this transaction and saw it’s already been completed. Buyers are provided 3 days after ed delivery to either Rate their transaction or request a return. Since we hadn’t heard there was an issue with this transaction we have completed this transaction so your seller was rated.
When the transaction was completed, payment was released to your seller. Once the transaction is completed, we are no longer able to process a return or refund.
If there is any way you can provide proper documentation from a third party authenticator I can look into this issue for you.

I haven’t bought a used cellphone before. I did buy a New Cell phone via Mercari – went well turned on and transferred content from my old phone walla! An LG Q7. Happy.
But wanted a better camera and more memory so I jumped into the uses iphone world!
Now buying other people’s phones!
OMG! What a complicated mess!
I bought (2) older iphones here @ Mercari – the concern – if this is a scam of sort? Both came with passcode locks.
I went to try and unlock using 2 ways via you-tube videos! And tried to get on itunes??? to unlock passcode – Didn’t happen either.
Just had some time this weekend to work on these (2) phones – wore me out!
OMG! Crazy – hack codes I guess??
Supposedly 1 way – didn’t get either one to work with 2 different (200 numbers symbols) – OMG!
What have I gotten myself into?
Didn’t even know they sell these
phones with their private passcodes still on them (both of them too)!?
The next issue is that one smells so strong like it was wiped with some kind of oil? Cinnamon kinda smell-
Like a strong persons chemistry? Tried to wipe down with Clorox wipes – still there and on my hands!
Had them in the packing bag together for a few days and they both smell the same way now!
