I placed a order online at 548pm today and after I got my email saying the were making my order I seen that it didnt look right on one of the pizza’s I ordered so I called in and asked it be changed ,the young man seem to be having problems asked me to hold but I could still here him talking to someone about my order he then came back on the phone ad said the order had been corrected and would be here asap then I asked if he could make sure the ticket asked the driver to call when they got here thats it a large building with no door bell out front and he said yes-Then after the call I got a email so I could track my order and it said it should be here at 602pm-At 7 23pm my order had yet to show up so I called back in got the same young man on the phone told him my order still wasnt here and asked why.He then said is this Mr Phillips I said yes he said your order is sitting here when you placed the order online you checked pick up not delivery -I said no Im for sure I checked delivery because I even asked you when I called in to update the problem on my order before you made it I asked if you could make sure the driver called when they got here that we had no door bell and he said well thats not what the ticket says your order is sitting here for pick -Well one it had been sitting there over a hour and a half-Two I wanted it delivered because I dont drive and three you told me you had updated the ticket to have the driver call me when they was here when we spoke. I order from here often and have never had a problem -I have never in three years picked up a order and this has gotten me so upset it’s sad they need to train this young people better before they put them on the phones to talk and deal with loyal shoppers.
