Mail.com — They are holding my personal information hostage

Locked out of account for several weeks Terrible customer service. My husband has been locked out of his account for several weeks now! Customer service told us that they couldn’t help us over the phone because he did not pay for a premium account, that it had to be handled through email. Whenever we email them to try to get it resolved they “reply” with an automated email. He has used them for over 15 years and now they are holding personal information hostage.
