Magicpin.in — Non Responsive Behaviour

I am residing in Faridabad, Haryana. I have ordered my Food from the Magicpin app where an outlet named La Pinoz’s Pizza which is in Sector-15, Faridabad. After I ordered my Pizza at 20:01 hours on 11th September 2021, it was showing that it will take 45 minutes for the delivery,.After my food was prepared for more than 25 minutes no rider was assigned to deliver my food. I called the outlet more than 10 times but firstly they didn’t respond and cut the call so many times instantly making excuses of network issues and when finally they responded they said they couldn’t help me with finding the rider.They took any initiative to solve the rider issue. when I went to the contacted their help desk gave on the app, I selected the ” Rider not assigned option” they canceled my order after 5 minutes where a message popped up saying my money will be refunded between 5 to 7 working days.Of which I think there is less possibility that my Money will be refunded. it is such a shame that you are helplessly waiting for your order and after waiting for 1.5 hours it got canceled on your face. If they can’t fulfill the requirement then they shouldn’t be adding the outlet to the app.a. I Aditi Talon, Law Abiding citizen of India is here to file a complaint about the behavior and poor strategy of the magicpin app and the outlet mentioned above, I waited more than 1 hour in the hope of getting my order delivered to me and that to be night time with the corporation attitude and in this covid time. As I don’t prefer to step out much from my home, I would request you to take some action in this matter as the app should not be providing such options to its customers when they can’t fulfill it which only wastes the time of its customer. A strict action or penalty should be rise to make the app owner and employee realize the importance of serving the customer needs and satisfaction in the public interest. I feel that both MagicPin and La Pinoz Pizza is equally responsible for the incident and it should not be repeated with anyone else in the future for that, there has to be done with it.
