I’ve been going to the Waterburger for years basically lived eating Waterburger as a kid. I work late shifts for UPS near the airport and we’ll Waterburger is the only place open for me when I get off and since then I’ve ordered many times only to be disappointed in the food I still ate it thinking next time might change and every time was disappointed today is my last straw that’s why I’m here please fix late-night shifts. Put it this way I get off at 2 am and most of the time I’m hungry the food quality isn’t good my chicken is burnt seems nobody wanted to change the oil my fantasized fries was also burnt and old looking and to top off forgot to give my gravy for toast again happens every time so far and my drink had a hole in the cup leaking in my car and on my table when I sat down to eat my burnt food my toast was just bread not even toasted I hope this gets fixed because so far I’ve spent a load of money for bad service. Don’t know really (Free Gift Card For Life)so I can order more burnt items on the menu and not waste my own money
