Ladbrokes — Staff refused to pay me out

I won money on my Ladbrokes account and took out some to play the FOBT machine. I then took out a second withdraw from my Ladbrokes card and won £500 on Spartacus Gladiator of Rome. I asked the girl behind the counter to scan the ticket and transfer the money to my card and she refused. I kept trying to get the answer as to why not out of her and she finally said to the other member of staff not to serve me.and she went on her break. I then waited until the people who played the machines after me where finished and I asked the guy on the desk to put my £500 winnings on my card and he told me listen do one!;stop torturing me. He wouldn’t even pay me it in cash. I ended up giving him abuse for threatening me with the police if I didn’t leave the shop. Next day I came back to the shop and Denise who normally works in this shop was back. She got someone to cover for her when this happened. Denise said. Louise (Area Manager) has said you’re barred for life because of the abuse you gave the staff yesterday now away you go. The day the abuse took place. Charles came to just after Queen Elizabeth had died. I would like to know why the staff wouldn’t pay me out my winnings and therefore there wouldn’t have been any abuse. Especially when the ticket said £500. I ended the day saying know what it is F this And stuck the ticket back into the terminal and lost everything. I think that it was handled quite wrongly and I should have been able to get paid my £500
