KlearGear.com — Threatening to ruin my credit

KlearGear is trying to collect $50 and threatening to ruin my credit and sue me because I filed a dispute (that I then took back when item received) On Sept. 30, I placed an order for a t-shirt with KlearGear. I was supposed to receive it in 5-10 days. I never did. I never received an e-mail confirmation with my order. I tried 20-30 times to call the 1866 number on Klear Gear’s web site. I got no one. I e-mailed customer service, waited a few days. No response back. I thought I bought a t-shirt from a fraudulent company. So, I filed a dispute for them not to get paid until I got my item. Out of the blue, I received my t-shirt with no communication from them. I then immediately called my credit card and told them I take back the dispute now that I had the item. So, KlearGear was paid. I am now getting an e-mail from KlearGear telling me that they need an extra $50 for me for their Chargeback / Dispute Policy. I tried to call the 1866 number AGAIN. Can’t get anyone. I had to e-mail customer service yet again. I should not be responsible for this fee. I did nothing wrong. They did not ship the item on time and did not respond to communications to them / are not available when you call. That’s not my fault. I did pay them too – when I got the item.
