Kiosk ordering results in no reward points

Many Steak N Shake locations have gone to kiosk ordering. The receipt that is generated at the kiosk does not have a bar code that has to be scanned to receive reward credit. Some sites are able to generate another receipt with a bar code if asked but others do not have this capability. I have complained numerous times to Steak n Shake with no response and the problem continues with no resolution. Program kiosk ordering machines so that they print out a receipt that can be used for rewards and train staff at restaurants on how to print out this receipt. Respond to complaints of your customers!
