Kelvin Lenoir owes over $25,000 in court-ordered back child support. He lives at his mother’s house, Vivian Lenoir, 210 Yacht Club Dr. in Niceville, Florida. He ignores the court order, doesn’t bother to show up for court dates. He quit his job after the state deducted 2 child support payments back in 2008. He claims to the court that he is disabled and can not work or do anything else. The judge asked him to provide proof from a doctor, but he can’t and won’t. He has managed to lie& manipulate the Department of Veterans Affairs to get disability compensation money. He qualifies for 10%, and NO doctor will say that you are unable to work with only 10%. Kelvin Lenoir states to them that he is unable to do anything, i.e. standing, sitting, bending, etc., because he has severe back pains all the time. Kelvin Lenoir hasn’t had any treatment or seen a doctor in 12 months for his made-up issue, according to all the Veterans Affairs paper worked I received. Kelvin Lenoir is working as an unlicensed, unreported mobile car mechanic in Okaloosa County and surrounding areas, to avoid tax payments and child support payments. He also sells drugs. He can afford a smartphone but not child support payments for his kid. He can go to the bar ( Tisa’s in Niceville) and the strip club ( Matador Club) in Valparaiso, Fl, on a regular basis and drink. Kelvin Lenoir is a habitual traffic offender also, busted in St. Lucie, Fl and Niceville Fl, for not having a valid driver’s license and DUI. De He hasn’t had a valid driver’s license in over 10 years, due to another court-ordered child support case in which he owes over $35,000 in back payments. When he was arrested for the DUI, he can afford to pay his lawyer $3000 upfront. Now he’s claiming also that he can’t afford child support payments because he has to pay for his probation and other things that come with a DUI. WHAT A LOSER.
