We took possession of our house on December 31, 2019. There were a number of known issues that still needed to be resolved by the builder which they committed to complete in a diligent fashion. 8+ months later the issues have still not been fully resolved and, in a number of cases the “resolution” is not satisfactory. There are other houses directly around us also being built by Justin Doyle which continue to progress while our work is still not completed. Additional issues have also been identified including mold (has been remediated), damaged windows, cracks in brick and stone facade, etc.. which we have been informed will be dealt with as warranty items. Communication to Justin Doyle management has gone largely unresponded to.
