We found out later by someone on the grounds in Uganda, it was all LIES and a scam. This guy is a SCAMMER and is refusing to turn himself over to police. If anyone knows his whereabouts please contact Ugandan Police Department. Do NOT send this guy money or any money to someone claiming to have a ministry unless it under the ministrie’s name. Julius does not have a bank account number under the church name because this will be more evidence against him that he is a fraudster as he is using this money for his own benefits. You can check for yourself with Ugandan government but the ministry and the money he receives is not registered with ugandan government. Beware of this man. He has been floating fake kidnapped of a young girl in order to get money from people.
