I order some products that cost me $90.28 from JoJoe website Jotanica.com. website sent me a tracking number to my email that was JO2916321026717 when I went to track it that’s when I found out that it was a fake tracking number. so i called the phone number that was listed on the website 470-819-7070 and some man answer the phone. I had ask him about the tracking number he said let me get her and she will be better to help with this matter. She came to the phone I had ask her why is this taking this long to get the stuff I paid for. She said she was very sorry but her mother had just died and she needed more time but would get the products out very soon she said she will give me a discount on next purchase. Now it been almost a year still got nothing. She will not response to emails or phone calls
