JioMart — Regarding Order Cancelled And Order Delivery

Sir, Two days ago I ordered few items from jio mart as they had some offers but today when I opened the app I found that my all orders were canceled on their own. On complaining about the issue to their customer care executive that I didn’t get my order. They only said that feedback has been taken. And on asking about the order they said that my order will not be delivered as the stock has been out. But I want to put some points forward: 1. If they are not able to deliver the orders then why do they keep on receiving new orders? 2. I placed my order when there was stock, so is this not their duty to deliver my order. 3. And if all these are bogus and false promises then why do they keep on disturbing people like me by giving ads and messages about the offer? 4. sir,l want to tell you that on that day the site was crashing a lot and it took me over about 7 to 8 hrs. in placing my order. has this not wasted my valuable time? Moreover, this has provided me a mental problem. Sir, it’s not for the first time They had done so. I believe that the forum will help me in getting justice against such injustice. It’s a kind request to you please take some strict action regarding the company and charge them some fine so they will not repeat such steps in near future to any other customers and please make sure that All my orders will be delivered to me or else the company should provide me compensation for my mental and physical strains.
