Went to Jakes Vapes around 7:30pm 1/12/2021 as a new customer looking to buy a vape, The employee that took care of me help me pick out a vape that he thought would be right for me being as how I had just stop smoking cigs but was having terrible urges. This employee picked out the Novo2 800mah and vaping fluid or juice …. before checking out the employee told me that I could bring it back for a full refund within thirty days. After returning home with the product, I started using it and it was just too much for me so I decided that the vape was not for me. The next morning with reciept in hand went back to Jakes Vapes and attempted to return it, but was met with rudeness due to wanting to return the product. Was told that they didn’t do refunds and could not take the product back if their was nothing wrong with it. This was not what I was told the night before…before making the purchase. Jakes Vapes are purposely misleading customers into purchasing their products.
