I have purchased many domains from this company. And each time I do, they fail to register my domain and they cancel my control panel, dashboard, and/or profile; to help understand. I don’t get a refund. I get nothing. I don’t even get a written answer as to why. I’m not even contacted about it. Just sheer idiocrasy.
