I have never heard of this company before in my life. Never had a website or hosting ANYTHING. Notice charges on my credit card. Then go back and see i missed they charged it for 3 months going up every time! I call and speak with their customer service billing department. They look up everything…my name…spelled several diff ways…last 4 of my credit card they charged…still say…”No, we don’t have anything showing charged for you”….well…the charges im staring at are from YOUR company! So you are saying you have an account for me since you say “we have nothing charged for you!” No….she says….um…no account. So what can we do from here i ask? Well…um…nothing if you don’t have an account hahaha….wow! So…only way is canceling my credit card now or having the number changed. Unbelievable…they charge my card for 3 months and then say sorry, no we didn’t we don’t have an acct for you…WOW. Ok…thanks for a big fat headache now. What a terrible company. Like…sorry lady, your just stuck with paying us for NOTHING! how is this legal???
