Instacart — Failed delivery

I placed an order on December 31, New Year Eve. The order was scheduled on 7pm, rescheduled on 7:45 pm and than rescheduled to January 2. My party was completely screwed up, we spent 100$ on taxi to get the food in time. The company offers us 10 credit toward the next purchase. I will never buy anything from this company and I insist on normal compensation. Compensation on my spending
