Instacart — Coupon

I have been an instacart customer for years. Today I went to place an order and was informed that I had 2 $15.00 coupons one to use today. According to the add it can be used for purchases over a certain amount which I met. I also received a text message along with an email reminding me to use the coupon. When I went to check out the coupon was never applied I called them to find out why. I was told the coupon was good for SNAP purchases only. I pointed out to them that this requirement was not mentioned online, by email or by the text message they sent. They admitted that it was not shown. However all they did was to repeat to.me that this was a snap requirement even though it was never stated nor shown. This is nothing more than false advertising and a deliberate attempt to] sucker and steal people’s money. By giving me the 2 $15.00 coupons that they advertised
