InMotion Hosting had a server problem and 5 of my websites were deleted and they offered me $27 in compensation. They did not handle the issue that affected only 200 out of the thousands of clients they have. I spent time on the phone with managers and the only thing they said was sorry. I spent thousands of dollars ($***) to web developers and this effected my business immensely. I was at least expecting free hosting for life and now I am paying over $100/year plus new web developer fees. How do businesses get away with this?
