The customer service at the Huber Heights location is terrible. Five cars including me left the drive through today without any food. I was told they didn’t have the item I ordered right now. I visit this location frequently and am told they start serving lunch around 10:30 ish. They are never prepared. They are never ready. They are never professional. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I won’t be going back to this Hardee’s anymore. Hire new employees who want to work and who appreciate having a job.
