Subject: Breach of an adjournment order.

Dear SirMadam,
On 22112022, I received a letter from Guinness regarding the breach of the adjournment order, which was very surprising and vague because before receiving and reading this notice, I never received any notice from the court or Guinness company. At first, instead of going to court, Guinness should have sent me a letter to my home address and informed me about my rent debt, and in case of non-payment, go to court.
The statement of account attached to the letter stated that my outstanding account balance from 8th August 2022 to 16th November 2022 was £1,462.54.
My rent is £650 a month and according to my bill I have £220 in arrears for the last three months. I can’t believe I’ve been fined £1242.54 for £220 in three months and that’s an astronomical figure for not paying £220. I don’t know what percentage interest Guinness accountants have calculated on £220 and interestingly you have referred my outstanding debt case to court for an order to vacate my house. The question is, why didn’t you warn me and send me a notice in the first place about the shortfall in the principal payment of my house rent? Instead of threatening to evict me from my flat over Christmas and New Year’s by getting a court order, please explain to me why my £220 rent arrears have become £1242.54 for three months? Be sure that after receiving your answer, I will pay any fair debt I have related to my arrears of rent to Guinness.
A brief explanation of my current situation
You have to know before receiving your letter, I had a carer for about a year who helped me in all my life affairs because I am a disabled person with a severe mental and emotional disability. But after learning about the non-payment of a part of my house rent, I suspected my carer and after investigating this matter, I found out that she has stolen a part of my benefits which is dedicated to daily purchases and paying my rent. That’s why I had to fire her a few days ago!
The cause of my disability has been explained by my brother in a separate letter but attached to this letter because remembering those days annoys me and I cannot explain them to you personally.
Thank you in advance for your attention and efforts.

Best regards,
Atousa Talebi

A brief account of my sister’s life of what happened to her in the past that led to her disability
Dear SirMadam,

To better understand I would like to give you a little explanation about the causes of my sister’s mental illness, which is related to the horrible things that happened in her life in Iran.
My sister was arrested by the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence for her political views and activities against the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the largest sponsor of terrorism in the world and spent many years in solitary confinement in Iranian prisons. She was tortured physically and mentally in prison for many years, and I will tell you about some of the tortures that my sister has seen in prison.
1- She has spent more than three years in solitary confinement in Iranian prisons without visiting her family and has spent more than a year and a half without leaving her cell.
2- She was allowed to shower in prison once a month. During menstruation she was not given hygienic light.
3- Prison interrogators stripped my sister several times a month in her cell without underwear, and several interrogators stared at her for more than an hour, swearing and touched her body.
4- My sister has been raped dozens of times by prison interrogators.
5. For two years, the interrogators applied electricity to her head two or three times a week with a helmet to give her an electric shock.
6- During these several years in prison, the interrogators have repeatedly told my sister that she should be executed tomorrow morning, and the next day, before sunrise, they would take her to the death hall, where the prisoners were executed. It was at that time that her eyes were closed with a blindfold and the execution rope was wrapped around her neck, and after a while she was kept in this state and then returned to her cell.
Dear Guinness staff,
This is the story of my tormented sister’s life that you want to get the order to evacuate her house from the court! You just have to imagine yourself in my sister’s place for a few moments, please just for a few moments do! I just want to ask you a few questions.
1- According to the tortures that took place in the prisons of the Islamic regime of Iran, do you think my sister can return to a normal life like a normal person?
2- Do you think such a person does not deserve your help?
You have to know my sister attempted suicide three times from the end of 2021 to the middle of 2022, but luckily, she was saved. I have attached a letter of support from his doctor to this letter!
My sister can only survive with strong sedatives and sedatives.
For years, she screams several times a day and suddenly urinates in that state and is afraid of meeting strangers. Please help her! Thank you in advance for your attention and efforts.

Best regards,

Alireza Talebi
