I am concerned about the Charging practices. Charged for 15 minutes training time without prior approval or knowledge Charged for time 4:45-6pm that caregiver did not work on 4/2/19 Charged until 8:30pm on 4/10/19 but caregiver left 8pm to my knowledge and should have really been charged until 5 because had an [REDACTED] council cleaning voucher. They are in the habit of indicating they arrive and leave at a certain time when they do not actually arrive or leave and then charge the customer. I have expressed this to them. Want a refund
