my card was stolen i couldn’t get a rep from greendot on the phone for about three day this happen Feb 2021 i called i had a problem the rep did’t want to tell me the date the money settled so that date was wrong i called explained they told me over the phone that they would put it in the notes well a few days later i couldn’t log into my account. A few days after that i tried to log in to see if any changes i then learned that it would not let me login into my account. I had money stolen off my card and mt belongs i just want my money back for the transactions i did not know about i did not allow anyone to use
