Google YouTube TV — Without any resolution

Last year (2020) I signed up for Youtube TV through cellphone provider, Verizon wireless, then canceled it though Youtube TV per Verizon agent’s advice. In September I asked Verizon’s agent why my bill was still too high and asked me to give me the details. While giving me the details I heard about “Youtube TV”. I told the agent that I had stopped using Youtube TV for over a year ago and I told the agent that per their advice I did cancel the Youtube TV service last year. I was told that they were going to look into that. Since I did not hear back, I called Verizon again in October 2021 that is when the lady told me that she was going to cancel on Verizon side. I said to her that I was confused because I did not have Youtube TV, why service was she going to cancel? She said so that you don’t get charged. I asked her what was going to happen to the money that I have paid for more than a year; she asked me to talk to Youtube TV, When I called Youtube TV, they were confused because they couldn’t find any records of me having a service with them for that period. Now, I have been sent back and forth without any resolution.
