I purchased pixel 4a in Aug 2020. Device was defected. They claimed the send a replacement and they double charged me. They are not responding to me. I purchased pixel 4a in 08/18/2020 with order number. The charger had issue and caused a problem. I notified the Google store and asked them to send me charger. They claimed the send a whole Phone which I was asked for. I tried to explain to them I only need the charger but they sent whole phone again and they charged me again for it for $379.97. I did not receive the replacement phone. I tried to reach out to them and solve the issue but it seems a machine is answering me. Every time I call them, they are saying that they will have an answer for me in next 48 hrs but I never get any answers. I contacted my bank to dispute the double charge and they took care of that but I am still charged for a phone and charger that the charger is not working properly and they don’t honor their warranty.
