My Google pay account has been suspended since Feb 6 2020 Google has requested documentation to verify identity but has not found resolution. I have supplied documentation, they review and deny to reinstate my account however provide me directions to appeal. Upon appeal there is no detailed instruction on what the concern with the documentation I provided was. This cycle has continued since February 6 2020. I believe the length of time to reinstate my account has exceeded standard customer service expectations.
