I ordered a replacement Google Nest Thermostat. It has not been delivered. I was emailed days ago and told them that I had not received it and that they should not charge me. They TOLD me that they would not. And these THIEVES CHARGED ME ANYWAY! I want all of that money back in my account. Right. Now. I want my original thermostat refunded as well. And I want never to deal with Google again.
