Google Nest — Horrible device, horrible customer service, horrible company policies

No heat in over a day and they are not willing to send a pro here to look at device. No heat in over a day and they are not willing to send a pro here to look at device. I have 2 kids. I was on phone for 2 hours and talked to 4 people. Got nowhere. They are willing to replace unit, but not pay (or reimburse me) for a nest pro to come look at my device, which makes no sense. They had me undoing wires and messing with the breakers, which I’m not comfortable with, but had no choice apparently. now I have a nest with the wires undone. They say it’s not a nest problem, but I had this problem in Oct as well and it was a Nest problem, not a furnace problem. Now I have my furnace company coming to take a look again, which I’m sure won’t be free. I’ve only had this Nest thermostat for 3 months and it’s the 3rd time we’ve had issues. They did not offer to pay for any service I have done on it, or reimburse me. They will replace it, but not pay for installation which is rediculou . I will just have a new Nest sitting here. Horrible device, horrible customer service, horrible company policies.
