Hello, Internet hackers stole my son’s Google/Gmail/Youtube/AdSense accounts on Oct 17, 2022. The hackers changed our password and changed the 2-step verification phone and changed the backup email. The hacker also holds a new Authenticator. We are not able to log in and verify and recover our accounts now. The hackers used our accounts just as same as their accounts now. The hacker not only stole the account info and also stole about 280+ videos on the Youtube channel. The hackers will be able to receive payments from Google AdSense based on our video views. Hackers will collect payments on behalf of our tax numbers in the future. They also stole our bank and tax in the AdSense account. I understood that it’s difficult to get the hackers. They’re in Europe or in Russia. But Google/Youtube can stop the crime and make the accounts closed temporarily and start an investigation immediately. This is a fast way to prevent damage from hackers! I have contacted Google many times but have not got its serious attention or responsible action from Google. Google just responded to me by email — “If you think that a crime has been committed, you may wish to contact law enforcement, and law enforcement can contact Google”. However, no one picks up phones. I’ll provide the following items to verify our accounts: 1) Our SS#, names on the W-9 form, and bank info in the Google account. 2) Previous Google payments with detailed amounts. 3) Our previous account passwords and previous 2-step verification phone numbers and emails. 4) Google also can verify our history log-in IP address before being hacked etc… This is a criminal act and will make more damage if Google/Youtube don’t stop it immediately. My son’s Google/Youtube/Gmail user name: “*************” – (Please don’t send emails to it because it’s used by hackers after Oct 17 at about 3:00pm). I reported to police on Oct 17
