Google fi sold me a service that they are not living up to their end of the deal this is is the 2nd time I had this problem with them over the promises and the contract we signed in the contract they provide device repair at a low cost cost and it’s advertised as Hassle free repairs sounds great right but the problem is the closest repair shop to my home is it another state I live *********** the closest repair shop is ************ an hour and a 1/2 away Each direction which they failed to mention to me When I purchased the plan and continue to charge me for services they cannot render at even though my phone is broken right now and I can’t use it because I cannot repair it without driving 3 hours away round trip plus my time at the store to get it repaired Therefore I cannot use the device I’ve tried to get them to give me other options maybe repair it closer to my house or anything that would get me on my phone working again and what they said is there is no other options My only option is to go ************ and get it fixed this is not hassle free anyone would see that therefore I would like my money returned for the phone and the plan that I’ve been paying for for several months and they can have their device back I’m tired of it they have horrible customer service no one was willing to help me down there they say deal with it. it’s fraudulent of services…. It’s fraud plain and simple.
