Gate.io — My deposit isn’t credited on gate.io, been a week

I’ve sent some amount of token from my wallet to gate.io. Wallet says that the transaction is successful but although it’s been a week I see no sign of my asset on gate.io. The second thing is customer support. I believe there is no such thing as customer support because I’ve been trying to contact them for a week(by submitting tickets, trying live chat) and I didn’t get a single word from them, literally nothing. At this point, I don’t mind if they solve this or not. They already lost a customer and many will follow this attitude towards us. Besides, I will warn my friends and everyone not to join this trading platform.
