Frank Gay tech serviced my AC unit. Didn’t tighten valves. Coolant leaked out. Cost me $90 to fill. Company has refused to return my calls. I called Charles the service manager & he said he would call me in 24 hours & take care of the issue. He has never called back & has ignored all subsequent calls from me. They’re just blowing me off.
