I had a flight to Toronto Canada at 5:50p:m and got to the check-in desk minutes before 5. The agent’s approach was the computer is closed and I can’t help you . We tried to explain that we were unable to check in online because the flair system does not allow us to and she was arguing and making us feel as though we did something wrong, instead of trying to get us on our flight which ended up being delayed anyway. However, the supervisor got us on a flight to Ottawa Canada which cost us another flight fare to get to Toronto. I taught the nightmare was over. Going back home I tried to check in online the night before the flight and couldn’t. On my way to the airport, I finally got through, and my payment for the seat and carry-on bags was taken. My flight was leaving at 2:15 pm, got to the airport munites to 12 checked in at the desk got the boarding pass got to the immigration officer (Malik) and he said they did not put me on a flight. He called flair and we went to the gate and there was nobody at the desk. There were a lot of passengers but no agent at the desk. The flight left and we were sitting at the gate, I’m still confused as to how this happened. Flair agents are very rude and unhelpful. We waited at the gate for 4hrs before someone came upstairs to escort us out. Representatives from other airlines were saying to us good luck with getting results with flair. They were so right, you cannot speak to a live customer service representative at flair and the check-in agents in Canada stated that they couldn’t help us. I had to buy another ticket to get home that night. My nightmare with flair Airlines was horrible. I would never recommend this airline to anyone. I would like to be refunded for my ticket, Flair Airlines should compensate for flight, baggage, and seat fares. please.
