We purchased counter-tops for our home from Firenza Stone. They delivered them to us and installed them but the installation was not done properly leaving huge gaps from the back-splash to the wall. They are refusing to fix the issues from the poor installation. We have contacted the owner personally who was extremely rude and refuses to have anyone come out again to properly fix the poor installation. My husband and I can not believe that someone could be this mean and leave a customer in such a bad place when they have spent a very large amount of money on the purchase of counter-tops for their home.
