Fingerhut.com — Sold me a defective box springs

Fingerhut sold me a defective box springs 2 months ago. It has now caused damage to my mattress and my lower back (I have documented proof of chronic back problems which is why I had to buy a new box springs in the first place). I contacted Fingerhut requesting a replacement due to it being defective and they were unwilling to assist me. They continued to direct me to the manufacturer instead of resolving the issue. The manufacturer stated it would be quicker for me to deal with Fingerhut as it it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement. However, i would also not be able to sleep in a bed for that duration as well, I have nowhere to sleep in the meantime, as this bed is not in a condition for me to sleep in especially with my back issues. Fingerhut still wouldn’t do anything. Their return and replacement policy states you have 60 days. The box springs was ordered on March 8th but wasn’t delivered by the company until March 15th. so I am still within my 60 day window and they need to rectify this immediately.
