FedEx — REFUSED TO PROVIDE PHONE NUMBER TO LOCAL HUB FOR TRACKING. ITEM DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS.

Ordered item. Stated for delivery agent to leave package to R of entry gate. Received email item was delivered. Checked area, item not received. Called fed ex to track. Fed ex stated item was delivered and dropped off at front porch. We live 14 mile off the road and have a gated entry. Driver could not have dropped off on front porch. Map shows wrong address as well. Called fed ex. They refused to give us local number to fed ex hub, were very rude, and did not seem to care. I HAVE HAD IT WITH FED EX! I will not accept a delivery on ANY ORDER I place if the carrier is fed ex from her eon out. Gave me the local number to the fed ex hub in kernersville so we could call and get the driver to re-track his delivery.
