On 2922 at 14:38 hours, I stopped at the Family Dollar 2970 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tn, store 08980 to pick up a phone card to add minutes. Upon checking out the person waiting on me I found out later was a manager. I was trying to get cash back and she became highly disgruntled and ******. After completing my transaction and seeing I was trying to get cash back she blurted out, “Why you didn’t say you wanted cash back! I may not have any money to give you cash back!” In a harsh and unacceptable tone. I told her how was I suppose to know I had to say I wanted cash back. She was snatching the money from the drawer and I snatched it out of her hand from the way she handed it to me.
