Family Dollar — Rude manager wouldn’t do an exchange with original receipt!

I bought a purse three days ago. The zipper broke I went to exchange or return it I didn’t care if they didn’t want to give me my money back I asked for the exact same thing but with a working zipper. The zipper broke off in my hand than it wouldn’t zip and as I was trying to unzip to get my things out the zipper got stuck in one of the folds. So basically the zipper broke within three days if having it. The manager was very rude said it was dirty it was not dirty said it smelled there was her and another make there being very rude . I’m overweight they basically insinuated that it smelled and was dirty with food all over it . Which it was NOT but even so if it was the ZIPPER BROKE WITHIN THREE DAYS I have my original receipt I just wanted one that the zipper worked since it broke within three days!! It was the second purse I had got the first one I got was a bit too small I exchange it for a different one than that one broke within 3 days.. I should of maybe kept the small one maybe it wouldn’t of broke seemed a better quality. I just want either my money back or another purse the exact same thing is just fine
