Door open no employee only sign and 2 restroom signs visible under sign that indicates family, no way of knowing it’s not open to public, so I use restroom and continue to shop after, Manager asks while I’m in aisle if I just came from back room I say I used restroom and she proceeds to say it’s not public restroom, I apologize but she continues to loudly make comments about some customers think it’s a public restroom so they can see what’s in back room. The comment was made 4 times until I checkout as well as a recording that the store is monitored and as I check out the manager proceeds to continue loudly stating that question should had been asked if was allowed use restroom. The reality of situation is the door to back room should not been left open and signs should been clearly marked and beyond any of that the way the manager tried to embarrass a customer is completely uncalled for and to accuse of theft is beyond ridiculous. Retrain their management to act as an adult and if they are to hold a position where they are in authority then they should act like it and not as if they are a teenager on the street trying to prove something to someone.
