The item stopped working after only two months. They sent a new one. The same problem occurred in the same time frame. It won’t let you transmit over the radio and comes across as static. Very dangerous for law enforcement. It was purchased through amazon. I was told to contact the original company which I did. amazon won’t refund me because this company won’t issue the refund. There is a year warranty which is still in effect. I’ve already gone through two of their products, both have malfunctioned. Refund I have already returned one and the new one has the same problem. Clearly the product itself is not functional. I would like a refund. I am not going to keep taking the chance that the new returned one won’t do the same thing while I’m in the field. This could have detrimental results if it malfunctions as a law enforcement officer.
