Duke Energy — Replacement Of Medical Spending Card

Call January 26 to replace my card. Called today to check about when I would receive my card as I need to get my RX’s. The people on the line that I was on hold with after speaking with them hung up on me 4 times. Then when I finally got the same lady I spoke to on the 26th on the phone, she would put me on hold to take personal phone calls. I told her to not hang up on me i had already been hung up on 4 times. When she stayed on the phone long enough for me to ask where my card was at she told me when I called on the 26 it would take 7 business days to process. Then another 7 in the mailing process. Excuse me that is not the way an HR department should run. Be truthful. Do not put me on hold for personal calls. Do not hang up after the customer has already been on hold for a while.
